Solar planning instruments for urban planning

City planning is the basis for the construction planning legislative framework for planning the building.

Until now, zoning decisions have mostly ignored the issues of rational and regenerative energy use, since their importance on this planning level - usually the community level - has not yet been fully recognized.

Models of urban planning spatial structures must be developed that, by minimizing the consumption of energy, offer living and working spaces low in toxins and CO2. Thus, instituting poly-centers and mixing residential functions with business sites compatible with housing can help implement strategies to minimize traffic and create structures favorable to local public transportation.

The goal is to create solar planning instruments in the form of "solar laws”. These have been established in some U.S. states for more than a decade. Specialized consulting and the creation of solar city-planning and consulting teams implements practice-oriented aid in zoning and in working out construction plans within the community planning jurisdiction.
