			The establishment and institutionalization of planning workshops is a future-oriented instrument to further improve environmentally-sound construction. Early interdisciplinary project consulting for current planning tasks can help achieve energy-saving, environmentally-sound, and reasonably-priced solutions in the early stage of planning, avoiding expensive and ineffective repair planning later. The integrated planning workshop is thus a new, future-oriented concept of overarching planning and consulting service for private investors, construction firms, and public clients, as well as for architects and engineers.
